Neptune Point Beach Resort Palolem, Palolem

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The initial impressions were positive, with friendly staff and a nice ambiance. However, I faced issues such as poor service quality and significant maintenance problems. While the beach access is fantastic, the overall conditions dampened my stay.

My stay was incredibly enjoyable with a laid-back vibe and beautiful sunsets. The beachfront location offered a peaceful atmosphere and the food was delightful. However, I encountered some issues with service and room temperature, which could definitely be improved.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the beach, which is suitable for a laid-back time. The staff here made the experience pleasant with their attentiveness and willingness to help. However, the room I had wasn't the best, especially the bathroom, which could use some serious upkeep. While I enjoyed my time, I think families might want to consider other options.

Our stay at Neptune Point Beach Resort was nothing short of amazing! The staff, especially Lovkesh, was incredibly attentive and took care of our needs so well. The beach bungalows were spacious and well-maintained, offering fabulous views. While the dining experience was delightful, with fantastic seafood, I did find the air conditioning to be a little lacking at times. Overall, this resort provided great value for money.

Neptune Point is a gem of a resort right on the beach, with spacious and clean rooms and attentive staff who truly care about your stay. The dining options were better than expected, especially the grilled fish at the beach. While the air conditioning could be stronger and hot water wasn’t always available, the overall experience was delightful and I would absolutely return.
